Brady Camp started his career in the pest control industry as a technician more than 30 years ago. He held a variety of positions early on, including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager and Region Sales Manager.
In 2000 Mr. Camp joined HomeTeam, serving as the East Division Vice President of Sales from 2005 until his promotion to East Division Vice President Operations in 2011. He was responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the division and directed its daily operation managing 800 employees and generating more than $95 million. In 2014 he was promoted to Vice President Operations responsible for all field operations nationally and 1,700 employees. In 2016 Mr. Camp was promoted to President of HomeTeam Pest Defense. Mr. Camp attended Bob Jones University and Ball State University in Indiana.
Vice President Technical Services
After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Russ Horton began his pest control career in 2001 with Centex Pest Management in Tampa, Florida. While a manager in training at Centex, he held a wide variety of positions.
In 2002 Russ was promoted to HomeTeam Pest Defense’s Florida Regional Technical Director, he was then promoted to National Technical Director of HomeTeam in 2007 and relocated to the corporate office in Dallas, TX.
In 2009 he completed his Executive Education in Management at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Most recently, Russ advanced into the role of Vice President of Technical Services for HomeTeam, managing all 5 Regional Technical Directors and the technical training and protocols used nationwide.
Vice President Builder Sales
Debbie started her career as a vendor to the Home Building industry over 20 years ago. She held a variety of positions early on including Builder Sales Representative in the Floor Covering industry, then District Manager for HomeTeam Pest Defense from 2003 to 2006. For 5 years Debbie directed the Builder Sales Division of a Water Filtration company serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ms. Silver rejoined HomeTeam Pest Defense in 2011 as District Sales Manager and was promoted to Vice President Builder Sales-West Region in 2012. In 2015 Ms. Silver was promoted to Vice President Builder Sales.
Debbie is responsible for the overall sales growth of the Builder Division and manages all National Builder Accounts; directing daily operations, Debbie manages 12 Builder Sales reps across the US. Ms. Silver also serves on the Women’s Leadership Initiative, which provides guidance for developing women at HomeTeam. Ms. Silver attended Northlake College and University of Texas at Arlington.
Vice President Marketing
Suzanne Scott began her career in marketing as a client service executive within a global advertising agency, where she then held a variety of positions. In 2009 Ms. Scott moved to the client side of the industry, serving as Marketing Director for a group of hospitals in Dallas, TX. Suzanne joined HomeTeam in 2015 as the Marketing Director, and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2021.
Suzanne manages all branding and marketing efforts within HomeTeam, and was responsible for elevating both product and organizational positioning. A focus on digital marketing and customer communication has helped HomeTeam grow its reputation, visibility, and customer satisfaction. Ms. Scott completed her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing at Southern Methodist University, and her MBA through Purdue Global University.
Vice President Residential Sales
Ken Hylkema started his career in the pest control industry as a technician more than 25 years ago. He held a variety of positions early on, including Sales Representative, Commercial Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and Region Commercial Sales Manager.
In 2006 Mr. Hylkema joined HomeTeam, serving as the Southeast Region Sales Manager until his promotion to Vice President of Residential Sales in 2017. He was responsible for the overall sales growth and profitability of the region and directed its daily sales, managing 10 salesrooms and 50 employees. As Vice President of Residential Sales, he will be responsible for all sales operations nationally.
Mr. Hylkema attended Troy State University and served in the United States Air Force.
