Dallas, TX – May 19, 2009 – HomeTeam Pest Defense announced today it has acquired Raburn Pest Control and Lindsey Termite and Pest Control, Inc., both of Tampa, Florida and the assets of PestBear in Atlanta, Georgia. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
