HomeTeam Pest Defense Receives the Renowned Partners of Choice Award From David Weekley Homes

DALLAS, July 29, 2011 – HomeTeam Pest Defense announced today it was honored to receive the “Partners of Choice” Award from premier builder, David Weekley Homes. HomeTeam is the first pest management company to receive this industry leading award. The company received an “A” rating for quality in David Weekley Homes’ rigorous Supplier Evaluation System. This is the first year HomeTeam has won the award and is only one of seven companies to earn an “A” rating this year. This recognition puts HomeTeam in the top 10 percent of all suppliers to the nation’s second largest privately held, for-profit home builder, David Weekley Homes.

The annual awards are based on Weekley’s comprehensive supplier evaluation system. At the heart of the system is the National Trading Partner Survey, a review of 150 suppliers by the home builder’s team members. Suppliers are evaluated on quality and service, scores are averaged, and alpha rankings assigned in 20% increments from A to F. Now in its eighth year, average scores have increased by approximately 13% annually. Thus each year the coveted “Partners of Choice” Award becomes increasingly harder to attain.
